Manufacturers challenge tariffs in Court of International Trade

Jones Day represents several manufacturers challenging tariffs promulgated by the United States Trade Representative pursuant to Section 301 of the Trade Act. The complaints argue that the tariffs violate the Trade Act and the Administrative Procedure Act. Jones Day represents the manufacturers in seeking a declaration that the tariffs are unlawful and a refund of the duties paid pursuant to the tariffs.
