Jones Day represented FirstEnergy Corp., a diversified energy holding company, in connection with an amendment to its $1.25 billion term loan with The Bank of Nova Scotia, as administrative agent, and $500 million term loan with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and certain other lenders.
