Jones Day represented Idinvest Partners in connection with the formation of Idinvest Entrepreneurs Club, a fund that will co-invest with Eurazeo Growth III, dedicated to managers who have sold their company and wish to benefit from the tax regime provided for by article 150-0 B ter of the French Tax code ("Apport-cession").
