Jones Day represented The Timken Company, a world leader in engineered bearings and power transmission products, in connection with the amendment and restatement of its existing credit facility, with Bank of America, N.A. and KeyBank National Association, as co-administrative agents, to, among other things, increase the revolving commitment to $650 million.
