Edgewater Capital forms Edgewater Capital Partners IV L.P.

Jones Day advised Edgewater Capital Partners, L.P. in connection with the formation of Edgewater Capital Partners IV LP, a middle and lower market private equity buyout fund ("ECP IV"). ECP IV closed at its hard cap with $185 million in capital commitments from institutional investors, exceeding its target of $175 million. ECP IV will invest the raised capital in performance materials companies, specifically within the specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and engineered components and materials verticals, in the middle and lower middle-market.
