Jones Day is advising ASX-listed hospitality equipment financier Silver Chef Limited on its acquisition by a consortium of investors under the leadership of private equity firm Next Capital. The transaction is being undertaken by scheme of arrangement and values Silver Chef at approximately A$30 million (US$20.9 million).
