Oddo & Cie acts as placement agent in €30 million Euro private bond placement by Kiloutou

Jones Day represented Oddo & Cie in connection with the €30 million (US$33.3 million) Euro private bond placement by Kiloutou, a French company specialized in the the rental of equipment for building sites, with a 6.5 year maturity. This first Euro private placement by Kiloutou contributes to the financing of the recent acquisition of STARLIFT in Germany and optimizes the debt structure of Kiloutou.
