National Beef Packing Company obtains summary judgment in sexual harassment and retaliation action

Jones Day represented National Beef Packing Company, LLC in a sexual harassment and retaliation action by a former production line worker. The Court granted summary judgment to National Beef, as Jones Day was able to show that Plaintiff could not establish the elements of her claims and that the defendant was terminated her for misconduct, not in retaliation for reporting allegedly harassing behavior.
