Continuum Company acquires Harlem development site

Client(s) Continuum Company LLC, The

Jones Day represented The Continuum Company, LLC, in connection with the acquisition of Harlem Park, a parcel of land located at Park Avenue and 125th Street in Manhattan, from Vornado Realty Trust, for the development of a mixed-use property. Plans for the development consist of 650,000-square-foot twin residential towers and 70,000 square feet of retail.
