Jones Day represented Ali Zaid Alquraishi and Brothers Company (AZAQ), in the establishment of International Biscuits Company, a Saudi joint venture company formed with UK based United Biscuits. Jones Day advised on International Biscuits' purchase of the factory and all assets of the Rana Confectionery Products establishment. International Biscuits Company will manufacture United Biscuits branded products under license and certain Rana brands that it acquired in the deal at the factory.
