Jones Day advised Natixis and a syndicate of lenders in connection with the €450 million (US$643 million) letters of credit facility for ENTREPOSE Contracting, a subsidiary of Vinci S.A. and a France-based international contractor that specializes in the design and construction of projects in the gas, oil, and energy sectors and shallow water operations.
