Client(s) Procter & Gamble Company, The

Jones Day represented The Procter & Gamble Company in a false patent marking action challenging certain dental floss products. On behalf of P&G, Jones Day filed a motion to dismiss. On the date for plaintiff's response, plaintiff filed a voluntary dismissal of Procter and Gamble.
