Zayo acquires Crown Castle fiber business

Client(s) Zayo Group Holdings, Inc.

Jones Day represented Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. ("Zayo") in the antitrust aspects of its $3.7 billion acquisition of Crown Castle Fiber Solutions business, both major owners of fiber optic networks and providers of telecom services. The transaction combined Zayo's national network across both long-haul and metro with Crown Castle's complementary metro and regional fiber assets.
