Jones Day successfully represented a community-based cancer clinic in a years-long federal investigation into alleged fraudulent billing practices connected to services provided during the COVID-19 pandemic. The representation resulted in a declination by criminal authorities within the U.S. Department of Justice and a resolution of civil False Claims Act allegations for less than $400,000.
