Client(s) Pediatric Services of America, Inc.

Jones Day defended Pediatric Services of America, Inc. in a Federal and State False Claims investigation involving allegations of fraudulent billing of pediatric home health services and retention of overpayments. This matter expanded to include seventeen states Attorneys General as well as the U.S. Attorneys Offices for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia. The matter involved two relators who also asserted non-intervened false claims as well as claims for retaliatory discharge.
