Jones Day advised Wavecom SA in its offering of €80.5 million (US $111 million) of 1.75% Bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares (OCEANE) in France and elsewhere outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S, underwritten by HSBC Bank, plc.
