Dr. Markus Weber berät seit mehr als 15 Jahren deutsche und internationale Unternehmen und Finanzinvestoren bei grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen, Joint Ventures, Umstrukturierungen und allgemeinen gesellschafts- und kapitalmarktrechtlichen Angelegenheiten. Er berät außerdem Vorstände, Geschäftsführer und Aufsichtsräte im Zusammenhang mit Corporate Governance- und Compliancethemen sowie zu Haftungsvermeidungsstrategien.

Transaktionen und Projekte, die von Herrn Weber in letzter Zeit betreut wurden, sind unter anderen: SUEZ beim Verkauf des Recyclinggeschäfts in mehreren europäischen Ländern an PreZero für EUR 1,1 Mrd, Plastic Omnium bei der Übernahme des Automotive Lighting (AMLS) Geschäfts von OSRAM, Amadeus FiRe AG beim Erwerb der ComCave Holding GmbH (€ 200 Mio), Panalpina Welttransport (Holding) AG im Zusammenhang mit der öffentlichen Übernahme durch DSV A/S in Höhe von $ 4.6 Mrd, Fosun beim Erwerb der FFT von ATON, Lincoln Electric beim Erwerb der Air Liquide Welding von Air Liquide, Plastic Omnium bei mehreren strategischen Akquisitionen im Bereich Wasserstofftechnik, GfK SE im Zusammenhang mit dem freiwilligen öffentlichen Übernahmeangebot von KKR in Höhe von EUR 2 Mrd, VREP beim Verkauf von ZMDI an IDT in Höhe von $ 307 Mio, MAHLE beim Erwerb der Thermomanagement-Sparte des US-Autozulieferers Delphi in Höhe von $ 727 Mio.
