Vinia Tseng's practice focuses on general dispute resolution. She recently assisted an international investment bank in handling cross-border infringement lawsuits and provided legal support to a petrochemical company in cases related to an accidental explosion. In addition, she has aided a subsidiary of a leading domestic automobile manufacturer in addressing matters concerning the effectiveness of board and shareholder resolutions and supported a publicly traded electronic company in matters related to management control and corporate governance.

Vinia sits on the Corporate Governance and M&A Committee of the Taipei Bar Association and holds a position as a committee member. Furthermore, she has contributed to the authorship of practical guidelines for corporate mergers and acquisitions in collaboration with the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association.
