Kelly Tsoi has more than 13 years of experience advising on a broad range of corporate finance transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), merger and acquisitions, placings, and debt issuance. She advises listed clients on general corporate and compliance matters and also has experience in policy formulation, legislative drafting, case review, and various regulatory matters.

Highlights of Kelly's experience prior to joining Jones Day in 2025 include advising on numerous IPOs, such as those for: an internet data center solution services company with a client base of top-notch internet companies, cloud computing service providers, and blue-chip listed companies in the PRC; a generative Al and voice interaction technology company, which was the first Al-generated content (AIGC) company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; leading providers of private formal higher education and K-12 after-school education services in China; a leading global manufacturer of hair goods, including wigs, hairpieces, braids, and high-end human hair extensions, with manufacturing bases in Bangladesh and China; an interior design and fit out solutions provider based in Hong Kong; a leading manufacturer of PV (photovoltaic) glass globally and in China; a leading fashion casual menswear company in China; and a leading service provider using the "Hot-in-Place" recycling technology in the asphalt pavement maintenance industry in China.
