Namhafte Transaktionen, die von Herrn Rempp federführend betreut wurden, sind unter anderem die Beratung von SAP beim Erwerb von Qualtrics, Procter & Gamble beim Erwerb des OTC-Geschäfts von Merck, Plastic Omnium beim Erwerb der Mehrheit an der HBPO Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, der GfK beim Abschluss einer Investorenvereinbarung mit KKR, der Verkauf einer Beteiligung von W.L. Ross an der VTG AG und der Erwerb der weltweiten Delphi Thermomanagement-Sparte durch MAHLE.

In 2017 ernannte der American Lawyer Herrn Rempp zum "Transatlantic Dealmaker of the Year", nachdem er 2015 und 2016 dafür nominiert war.
