Yann Lahondes focuses his practice on banking and finance. He advises French and international lenders, borrowers, banks, and funds on real estate finance, corporate and acquisition finance, and structured finance transactions.
Yann has experience in corporate and acquisition financing, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and debt restructuring transactions. His recent experience includes advising a leading French bank on the refinancing of a major French book retail group and representing a pool of French banks in the refinancing of an agricultural group. He also regularly advises a major Dutch bank on corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions in the French market.
He also has experience in real estate and infrastructure finance. He assists lenders and sponsors with real estate financing transactions in France as well as lenders and financial institutions on the financing and refinancing of infrastructure assets, including waste treatment plants and public swimming pool projects, notably through receivables assignment structures (cession-escompte).
