Schuyler Leffler practices corporate law with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions and related corporate governance matters. She has experience advising clients across a range of industries, including automotive, biotechnology, and aviation, on proposed transaction structure in addition to counseling companies on matters involving shareholder rights.
Schuyler has advised aviation clients on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including for general and non-scheduled flight operations under Parts 91 and 135 and the transfer of FAA-certificated repair stations under Part 145. She is familiar with aviation regulations relating to equity sales and asset sales, including aircraft registration and ownership requirements.
Schuyler also maintains an active pro bono practice representing survivors of online child sexual exploitation seeking criminal restitution.
