Laura Lozano Andivia advises Spanish and international clients on corporate and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate transactions, with involvement in a wide range of domestic and cross-border deals.
Laura regularly assists in the phases of M&A transactions, including the conduct of legal due diligence processes, the negotiation and drafting of documentation, and the coordination with multidisciplinary teams across multiple jurisdictions within Jones Day's global network. In addition, Laura regularly assists clients in corporate restructurings and general corporate matters, including corporate governance, commercial agreements, and day-to-day corporate advisory work.
Laura has a strong international profile, having studied at universities in Ireland, Italy, and China. She is an active participant in the Firm's pro bono practice.
