Lois Gatehouse practices corporate law with a focus on M&A and private equity. She advises private equity funds and public and private companies on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganizations, and general corporate matters, spanning a variety of industry sectors including energy, infrastructure, aerospace and defense, indirect real estate, and technology.

Lois's recent experience includes advising J.F. Lehman on the sale of the Global Marine Group and its acquisition of Wrist Ship Supply; Safe Harbor Marinas on its acquisition of Monaco Marine; and Pantheon Ventures on the disposal of a portfolio of interests in private equity, credit, and infrastructure funds with aggregate commitments of $2.4 billion.
