Maximilian Baur ist Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht. Seine Tätigkeit umfasst die Prozessführung in arbeitsgerichtlichen Verfahren, sowie die Beratung von Unternehmen bei Verhandlungen mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften. Herr Baur verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Verfahren der betrieblichen Einigungsstelle. Er berät laufend bei der Gestaltung von Anstellungs- und Aufhebungsverträgen sowie bei allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Transaktionen und Restrukturierungen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit sind Integrationsprojekte, wie z.B. die Einführung neuer Vergütungssysteme oder die Implementierung globaler Unternehmensrichtlinien.

Herr Baur verfügt über vertiefte Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der internationalen Personalarbeit, insbesondere zur Entsendung von Mitarbeitern, zu europaweiten Bonusmodellen und zu grenzüberschreitenden Reorganisationen. Darüber hinaus ist er auf Fragen des Datenschutzes am Arbeitsplatz spezialisiert, wie z.B. Betriebsvereinbarungen über den Einsatz von IT-Systemen.
