Laura Bartley practices corporate law with a focus on M&A and private equity. She has acted on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and reorganizations, across a range of industries that includes technology and information technology (IT), real estate, gaming, and hospitality. Laura also provides general advice to corporate clients on company and commercial matters.
