Caleb Redmond's practice focuses on appellate advocacy and critical motions in complex civil litigation. He has helped draft merits briefs for cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, six federal appellate courts, and several district courts — on a range of issues including constitutional and statutory interpretation, arbitration agreements, and tort law. He also maintains an active pro bono practice and has worked extensively on cases involving religious liberty, immigration, and social security benefits.
Before rejoining Jones Day in 2021, Caleb served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Britt C. Grant at the Eleventh Circuit and then for Judge Richard J. Sullivan at the Second Circuit. While in law school, Caleb successfully argued a constitutional mootness case in the D.C. Circuit, which resulted in a published opinion.
