My Linh Vu-Grégoire advises corporate and private equity clients on pan-European mergers, takeovers and takeover defenses, corporate governance, and restructurings.
My Linh recently acted as Special International Counsel to Nexteer Automotive on its successful Hong Kong IPO. She advised Electricité de France (EDF) on its takeover of Edison S.p.A. valued at approximately €4 billion and the establishment of EDF's €1 billion LNG terminal in Dunkerque, France. She advised The Sherwin-Williams Company in its acquisition of Becker Acroma SAS, a Swedish company with activities in more than 20 countries. She also has advised a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listed company on a dual listing and a potential exchange offer (OPE) with a French CAC-40 company, a CAC-40 company on the potential tender offer of an Australian-listed company, a U.S. private equity client on its potential tender offer for a French CAC-40, an Asian client on its proposed stake in a French CAC-40 with cross-shareholdings, and a NYSE-listed company on its dual listing on the Euronext and contemplated unsolicited offer for a German company listed on the Deutsche Börse. In 2003, when My Linh acted as interim general counsel for a NYSE-listed company, she led the acquisition of a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company. My Linh's private equity clients include Grosvenor Capital, Aurora Capital, H.I.G. Capital, and Platinum Equity.
She is a founding member and current director of Helen Keller International Europe, a nonprofit organization dedicated to blindness prevention and reducing malnutrition.
