Amélie Souchet focuses on public business law, particularly on matters related to public procurement contracts, public land, regulatory law, and administrative litigation.

In the area of public contracts, Amélie advises on various types of public-sector agreements, including public procurement contracts, public domain occupation agreements, and complex contracts such as energy performance contracts. She assists clients at all stages of the contractual process, including competitive bidding procedures and issues relating to the performance or termination of contracts.

Amélie also assists in litigation matters, representing clients before administrative courts in annulment proceedings, contractual disputes, and compensation claims.

In addition, Amélie advises on foreign direct investment (FDI) regulation, export control, and international sanctions regulations. She also works on public law aspects of M&A transactions.
