Kit Rockhill co-leads the Firm's Energy Transition & Infrastructure Initiative. She has counseled clients on domestic and international energy and infrastructure transactions ranging from specialized asset acquisitions to a multibillion-dollar liquefied natural gas (LNG) export project. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, and strategic transactions, primarily for energy-industry participants.
She represents traditional and renewable energy companies, master limited partnerships and private equity fund acquisitions, joint ventures, and supply and other commercial agreements spanning traditional hydrocarbons, LNG and CCUS (carbon capture, utilization, and storage), solar and BESS (battery energy storage systems) project development, renewable biofuels, grid services, and data center power agreements. Her experience also includes representing clients in the energy industry on general corporate matters. She has represented clients in the renewables, upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
