Alex Reis represents employers in state and federal courts in wage and hour class and representative actions and single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation disputes.
Her practice involves cases arising under federal and state statutes, including California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and California's wage and hour laws. In addition to her litigation practice, Alex counsels employers on their policies and practices to help them navigate California's complex employment laws.
Alex also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing survivors of human trafficking and counseling asylum seekers at the border.
