Aubin Mistretta's practice covers all areas of competition law. He advises companies on EU and French merger control proceedings and coordinates multijurisdictional merger filings for global transactions. He also represents clients before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Aubin completed traineeships with several international law firms in Paris.
