Addie Mickelson practices corporate law, with a focus on capital markets, corporate governance, and federal securities laws. She has represented clients in a variety of transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.

Her practice covers diverse industries, including energy, biotechnology, manufacturing, and agricultural products.
