AbigailLynch (Abbi)

Abbi Lynch represents clients in the health care and life science industries, including academic medical centers, health systems, home care agencies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Abbi regularly advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly those involving state professional practice acts, telehealth, and Medicare participation. She represents organ transplant programs in connection with various regulatory and litigation-related issues, and she frequently represents clients in state and federal false claims and anti-kickback investigations. Abbi also counsels clients on a broad range of other matters, including corporate governance and licensure of health insurance companies.

Abbi maintains an active pro bono practice, particularly in areas related to criminal justice.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Abbi worked for a national nonprofit that provides expertise in public health law.
