Taeho Kim focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate restructurings, advising clients across industries on complex deal structures, strategic investments, and cross-border matters.
Taeho also maintains an active pro bono practice and represents clients seeking asylum in the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Taeho worked as a legal assistant at an international law firm in Seoul, South Korea.
