Maxine Kasznia represents and counsels financial institutions and other clients in complex commercial litigation matters and arbitration proceedings in state and federal courts.
Maxine has experience with motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, taking depositions, and fact investigation. She has represented corporate clients in post-closing disputes involving breach of contract claims, indemnification, insurance coverage, and fraud. She also has experience representing a national pharmacy in nationwide litigation relating to opioid dispensing and distribution practices.
