Shane Hardy represents and counsels clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has experience with motions practice, deposition preparation, e-discovery, and expert witness work.

Shane has experience representing financial institutions and corporate clients in breach of contract disputes and claims arising under the False Claims Act (FCA). As part of his practice, Shane also represents private equity firms in post-closing disputes involving breach of contract claims.
