Kja Harper-Gopaul's practice focuses on representing a major credit reporting company in claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) in federal courts.
Prior to working at Jones Day, Kja obtained significant experience representing companies and government agencies in all stages of litigation and arbitration. Her former clientele includes chemical, ridesharing, and insurance companies and government entities. She has successfully briefed and argued a motion for summary judgment on behalf of a government entity and authored a demurrer dismissing claims against a government employee.
