Dominic Edwards represents financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and investigations involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Congress. His experience includes litigating matters and advising clients concerning antitrust issues, digital assets, cross-border matters, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) questions.

Dominic also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on veterans and religious liberty appeals.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Dominic served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Jerome A. Holmes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to Judge David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to law school, Dominic served as special assistant to former Baylor University president and chancellor, Judge Ken Starr. He also worked at Goldman Sachs in syndicated bank debt operations.

Dominic serves on the Dean's Board of Baylor University's Louise Herrington School of Nursing.
