Kelsang Dolma focuses her practice on internal and government-facing investigations, such as inquiries initiated by state attorneys general.
Kelsang has investigative experience in a variety of regulatory areas, including antitrust, cybersecurity, labor and employment, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. She has represented clients in matters before state attorneys general, congressional committees, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). In addition, she holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) certification.
Kelsang maintains an active pro bono practice as a guardian ad litem, advocating for the interests of local children in custody disputes before the D.C. Superior Court.
