Cyril Cotterall advises sponsors, lenders, and government entities on the development, procurement, construction, and financing of major projects in the energy and infrastructure space.

Cyril's practice encompasses procurement, project finance and development, construction, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions for projects located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His experience with energy and infrastructure transactions includes oil and gas, hydropower, nuclear, wind (onshore and offshore), solar, battery storage, as well as transportation infrastructure including roads, airports, ports, and railways.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Cyril trained and practiced in the London, Paris, and Melbourne offices of an international law firm.
