Dr. Philipp Berrsche has more than a decade of experience advising on real estate transactions — including share deals, asset deals, forward deals, forward funding transactions, and sale-and-leaseback structures — as well as on transaction structuring and the full spectrum of legal issues in real estate asset management. His work spans lease agreements, heritable building right agreements, hotel operating agreements, other property-related contracts and legal matters, supplier agreements for operational real estate, and land register issues.

He concentrates his practice on the hotels and serviced apartments asset class and also advises across office, commercial, and residential sectors. Philipp acts for a broad range of international and German clients, including owners and operators of hotel properties, asset and investment managers, institutional investors, a variety of fund types, family offices, and developers.
