Connor Baer represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes through all stages of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He also counsels clients on strategic risk management, compliance and regulatory matters, and government investigation and enforcement actions.
Connor's practice focuses on developing creative and effective litigation strategies, briefing all kinds of trial and appellate issues, managing coordinated teams, and developing effective records in discovery. He has helped clients obtain favorable resolutions in many multimillion dollar trial and appellate matters and arbitrations.
Connor has extensive experience litigating mass and class actions, multiforum proceedings, complex contract disputes, consumer and commercial arbitrations, products liability claims, cybersecurity and data privacy claims, public nuisance claims, novel alternative liability theories, public and private environmental claims, and government enforcement claims. Connor has represented domestic and multinational clients across a wide array of industries, including consumer and industrial product manufacturers; national retail companies; start-up and market-leading technology companies; coatings, chemicals, metals, mining, oil and gas, transportation, and engineering corporations; pharmaceutical and health care institutions; and financial firms.
