Henry Zurn represents large corporations and financial institutions in all stages of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis in structured products litigation. He also counsels financial technology companies on legal issues related to anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
Henry maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on the representation of low-income tenants in housing disputes and on nationwide policing reform efforts.
