Harrison Zelt is a dedicated labor and employment attorney who counsels and defends employers across a broad range of workplace matters, from day-to-day personnel decisions and policy compliance to high-stakes litigation involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and discrimination claims.
Employers turn to Harrison for guidance on group and individual separations, executive compensation and benefits, and the employment dimensions of mergers and acquisitions. He represents employers in single-plaintiff discrimination actions, trade secret misappropriation disputes, and litigation involving noncompete and other restrictive covenant agreements in federal and state courts. Harrison also has experience in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and union grievance proceedings, and he has managed internal investigations into employment practices.
Harrison is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, serving as a council member of its Labor and Employment Section and on its Technology Committee.
