Abby Yager is a litigator who represents clients in complex business and tort litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience in large-scale antitrust matters, internal investigations and risk assessment consulting, as well as tax and real estate matters. Abby has substantial experience managing e-discovery, including preservation, collection, review, and production in complex cases.
Abby has first-chaired several cases arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), securing favorable outcomes for clients through mediation and successfully moved for attorney's fees and sanctions against a plaintiff. She also participated in a federal trial in the Northern District of Texas involving claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Abby maintains an active pro bono practice, including work with the Border Project providing legal services to individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
