Collin Waring represents real estate investors, funds, developers, REITs (real estate investment trusts), and publicly held companies on a range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice covers acquisitions (including forward purchases), dispositions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and financing and development of industrial, retail, multifamily, data centers, and residential properties. Collin's practice also includes leasing (including build-to-suit leases) representing landlords and tenants across office, industrial, and retail leases.
Collin has served as lead counsel for Invitation Homes, guiding its expansion in the growing single-family residential sector, with a focus on developing its build-to-rent portfolio.
Before attending law school, Collin caddied for his childhood friend on the Korn Ferry Tour and maintains a golf handicap index around 0. During law school, Collin worked with the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer.
