Seanhenry VanDyke focuses on appellate advocacy and motions practice. He has drafted briefs and motions filed at all levels of the federal courts and numerous state courts.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Seanhenry served as a law clerk to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh of the U.S. Supreme Court. He also previously clerked for Judge Gregory G. Katsas on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge Andrew S. Oldham on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
