Job van der Snoek's practice focuses on fund formation and investments. He advises Dutch and international fund managers and investors on the structuring, formation, fundraising, and operation of alternative investment funds, with particular experience in private equity and venture capital structures, including EuVECA (European venture capital) funds. He also advises on related corporate and regulatory matters arising throughout the life cycle of a fund.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Job spent nearly five years at a Dutch law firm focusing on investment funds and advising fund managers and investors on fund formation, investments, and related regulatory matters. Earlier in his career, he worked at a large Dutch law firm, where he advised on M&A transactions and commercial contracts. Before entering private practice, Job taught contract law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
