Ari Volpe Greene's practice focuses on appellate advocacy, civil litigation, and providing strategic advice to clients facing various complex legal challenges. She has drafted briefs and argued cases at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts.
Ari frequently represents financial institutions and has handled high-stakes matters under the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA), and False Claims Act (FCA). She also has significant experience with a broad range of substantive areas, including administrative law, statutory interpretation, contract disputes, and federal jurisdiction.
Ari maintains an active pro bono practice, including helping clients seek asylum and habeas relief.
Before joining Jones Day, Ari served as a judicial law clerk on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
